Proteins are extremely important to our body and is especially so for children growing up. As one who adopts a vegetarian or vegan dietary eating habits, it becomes more complex as we don’t get our proteins from the more common animal sources such as white meats and all.

As such… there is a need to understand how do we, as vegetarians get our source of good proteins.

Proteins are essential for building muscles and repairing our body’s damaged tissues. All the more so for kids growing up… protein serve as a building block for keeping them healthy and fit.
